As an Air Force veteran, Ralph brought a profound sense of duty to his civilian life. He understood that true economic growth required more than policy—it required mentorship, accessible education, and a tireless defense of the trades. He spent his life ensuring that the next generation of makers, engineers, and entrepreneurs had the tools they needed to shape the future of American manufacturing.
