So did Ralph Pontillo. Ralph knew the United States needs a strong manufacturing base to make our economy hum. He also recognized a strong manufacturing base needs a highly skilled workforce.
As president of the Manufacturer & Business Association in Erie, one of Ralph's passions was introducing students to manufacturing and the free-enterprise system. A proud American and Air Force veteran, he wanted students to appreciate the greatness of our nation's economy and how they could find success in manufacturing careers.
This scholarship in his name gives back to Ralph’s community by helping students attain degrees for rewarding careers critical to helping America sustain a healthy economy.
